  • Price adjustments only apply to items purchased and sold on scanpan.com.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

The total dollar amount of your order including any applicable tax, shipping and handling is charged at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, you will be notified during the checkout process and the order for that amount will not be accepted.

GIFT CARDS

This electronic gift card will be delivered via email within 24 business hours of purchase. This card may be used for making purchases at scanpan.com only. Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to previous purchases. Gift cards are not eligible for discounts or promotions. Gift cards do not expire. Please treat your gift card like cash and safeguard it as such. SCANPAN USA is not responsible is your gift card is used without your permission.

For balance inquiry, email web-inquiries@scanpan.com with your gift card redemption number. If you have already applied part your gift card balance towards a purchase and want to check the remaining balance, your gift card balance information will be stored in the Account you used at checkout.

SALES TAX

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Scanpan.com shipping and handling charges are intended to address the cost of processing, handling, packing, transporting and delivering the products you purchase. We encourage you to review the following detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

SHIPPING POLICY

At present, scanpan.com only ships to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses; there is no delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico entails extra fees.

Scanpan.com offers several modes of delivery for your order. These include Standard FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day delivery.

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days of the order's approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM EST usually ship the next business day. Please refer to your shipment confirmation e-mail for delivery details. The Scanpan.com fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays such as Independence Day or Thanksgiving Day.

All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

Scanpan.com will send an e-mail after order approval acknowledging your order and providing an anticipated shipping date. A follow-up e-mail will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. That e-mail will contain a FedEx tracking number. Clicking on that number will bring you to the specific FedEx page for your shipment where you can validate the shipment's current status.

If the selected item is not currently in stock, a Scanpan.com Consumer Services Representative will contact you so that you may select another item. Scanpan.com apologizes for any inconvenience.

All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by Scanpan.com. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact FedEx using the e-mail sent to you when you ordered your item.

Each confirmation e-mail contains a FedEx tracking number. Clicking on that number in your e-mail will automatically bring you to the specific FedEx page where you can track or validate the status of your shipment.

Scanpan.com is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. Please use the tracking number and contact FedEx regarding any problems with your shipment.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Scanpan.com delivers packages via FedEx. Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.

  • Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total merchandise charge for each delivery address as detailed in the charts below.
  • These specifications do not apply to our holiday delivery schedule.
  • Orders with multiple items shipped to the same address may arrive in multiple boxes.
  • The shipment confirmation e-mail will provide tracking information for you.

STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES AND FEES

  • Track your order through the FedEx website using the FedEx tracking number provided in your shipment's confirmation e-mail.
  • Expect delivery within four to six business days
  • Shipping is available only for the 49 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Special rates apply outside the continental United States.
  • Shipping charges are calculated for each ship-to-address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart below for charges
  • Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

2ND DAY SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES AND FEES

  • Track your order through the FedEx website using the FedEx tracking number provided in your shipment's confirmation e-mail.
  • Expedited shipping does not include processing time. Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST are processed within 1-3 business days. Expedited packages deliver within two business days after order processing.
  • Shipping charges are calculated for each ship-to-address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart below for charges per shipping address.
  • Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

SHIPPING SURCHARGE

Based on size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges are shown on product pages before you place an item in your shopping cart, and will be added to the total shipping cost of your order.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Scanpan.com is pleased to provide the Scanpan brand and other quality products. We believe the quality and craftsmanship in each item will provide years of satisfaction. However, if within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the unopened item for an exchange or refund of its value.

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • The orignal receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.
  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
  • Please allow 10 - 14 days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.
  • SCANPAN products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. The warranty for each item is included in the item's box. Please refer to it before attempting to return the item. Scanpan reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.

To return or exchange an item, you must phone our Consumer Services to obtain a Returns Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. The RMA number will allow Scanpan.com to associate your returned item with your purchase, reducing the possibility of a handling discrepancy that might occur when the product is received by our distribution center.
