Easy High-Protein Chicken Thigh Marinade Made in the TECHNIQ The Square

If you're looking for an easy, high-protein meal that works just as well for dinner as it does for next-day meal prep, this chicken thigh recipe is it. The secret is a creamy, savory marinade that uses ingredients you probably already have: chicken broth, cottage cheese, tomato paste, garlic, and your favorite seasoning mix.

Ingredients:

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup whole milk cottage cheese

4 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp minced garlic

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp seasoning blend (Italian, taco, za’atar—use what you love!)

¼ cup chopped parsley or cilantro (your choice)

8 skinless boneless chicken thighs

Instructions (Bake Only):

Blend the Marinade:

In a bowl or blender, mix together chicken broth, cottage cheese, tomato paste, garlic, seasoning, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Marinate the Chicken:

Place the chicken thighs in The Square and pour in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 12 hours).

Bake in the TECHNIQ The Square:

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally and the tops are slightly caramelized.
